I ordered this dress because one of my BFFs had an impromptu wedding and I had like a week to get a long, pink dress. This was the only one I could find to arrive in that time frame that looked cute. I had to wash the dress because it came with a chemical perfumy smell, luckily that came out. The dress is so heavy, I had to take up the straps a few inches because the dress pulled them down and stretched them out. The fabric is the thickest I have ever seen a dress made of. If you ever go on one of those shows where you have to survive in the wilderness for 21 days, take this dress. I'm sure a bear couldn't rip through it, it would keep you warm, and you could probably use it for the roof of your house, or a hammock, or to catch big fish. It would take a good day or so to dry though after you caught the fish.
