This is a very nice dress, I was pleasantly surprised. It was a bit too snug on me, so I had to return it. Bought size S, probably should have bought size M. I am 5'7" and 135 lbs. It is much nicer than some of the other Belle dresses I have seen on here.Dress is beautiful. my daughter wears a med (adult) and it fits except it is way too long (even for heels). She is 5 ft 4+ inches. Needed to alter the length and sleeves so it would not fall off her shoulders in a Beauty and the Beast play. The back laces up with ribbons that allow for alot of play in the way it would fit different waists and chests. You will need a very fluffy petticoat so it will lay properly. We bought one here on Amazon. Looks like photo. Hair ribbons are weird, we won't use them. The gloves are a different color of yellow and are tight and do not match. Perfect for playing Belle. Dress is really lovely and is a great price. I do recommend it. It's just helpful to know these details so you have time to prepare before you need to wear it.Dress is great! Wasn't cheap $ so I expected it to be pretty quality! Kind of wrinkly (as I figured it would be, so I'm getting it pressed). Material is nice quality, good thickness. There are no tags with care instructions or a description of fabric on/in the dress... you'll have to refer to Amazon website for those details.Hair and neck accessories very cheap quality!Those and the gloves do not match the dress color. They are a lighter yellow.The dress isn't exactly like Belle’s dress but it is very nice!!Loved the beautiful dress but was missing the ribbon to lace up the back and no gloves or head accessories came with it.I guessed on sizes bc the larger sizes weren't listed but went off of the smaller sizes. Since only the bust area was listed it doesn't really describe the fit for the rib cage and/or waist. The back is a corset with a small panel to cover - however the string to lace up is so tiny/short, it assumes you dont need to accommodate a larger torso or waist. This dress is truly made for "smaller" framed people.Quality is good! My daughter is 220 and 5'4" and I ordered a 3xl. She is tiny on top and hippy on bottom so I thought it would work great. Well the top is not fitting. Luckily with it being lace up we can work with that. Also ot saod gloves game with but there werent any in the packaging.The costume is gorgeous. I first ordered it in a medium and it was way too big so I returned it for a small. lThe small is quite snug. There seems to big too big a difference between the two sizes. The small is abnormally small as i usually have no problem fitting in a small or sometimes even an XS. I need to lose 5 lbs now to be comfortable in the gown. It will fit if I don't, but would look and feel better if I do. But all in all it is a beautiful buy for the money. I also bought a petticoat to go under it and can't wait to wow my friends and kids in it!Love love love! I was afraid of "too much yellow" but no... this is the right dress for a Belle betrayal. It is the perfect costume dress.My measurements are 34"bust & 27.5"waist. The small fits snug and did not try on medium. Sleeves sit loosely on shoulders for an enjoyable experience.If you are thinking about it, go for it. Gloves fit well. And both lace accessories came as well. I purchased a slip with tulle underneath but it would be fine without it.Didnt get a medium in time but will order again next year.If you're ny measurements go for medium.
